BLOOD HUNT

In October last year Marvel reached out and asked if I'm interested to illustrate the main covers for their next major crossover event - Blood Hunt, a total of 6 covers starting with Free Comic Book Day 2024: BLOOD HUNT / X-MEN #1.
I'm super excited, as I'm a big fan of the creative team (Jed MacKay, Pepe Larraz, Marte Gracia), so I said yes immediately!
Later on, the task of the main cover is switched back to master Pepe Larraz (who also does the interior art) when his schedule frees up. My covers became variants instead, which is why for issue #1, I leave a lot of room at the top for the book title, or what we called the trade dress. Usually for variants, there will be minimal trade dress and more space to play with.
Anyway, here's the cover reveal for the first 3. It's a fight against the vampires so there's a lot of red!
